Hi, I'm Nerissa
I'm a self-confessed true romantic at heartwho loves raw emotions with all their ups and downs.
If you're after nostalgic, raw, love-soaked, romantic, messy, authentic and magical memories, then I'm the perfect match for you and your priceless moments.
When do I produce my best work? When couples, families or individuals invite me to capture their life full of emotions. People game enough to show up in all their glory. On camera.
When I was a little girl, my 4-month-old baby sister sadly passed away and left a big hole in our family and in my heart. And sadly we have less than 10 photos with her as a family.
It was my dad who gave me my first camera, a Minolta X-700 35mm film camera. And together we changed our approach and went on a mission to preserve as many family memories as we could. That involved turning our family garage into a makeshift darkroom.
So many fond memories right there.
So when I decided to support my passion for photography with the ACTUAL formal skills, it took me on a journey of self-discovery and didn't come as a big surprise to those closest to me.
Little did I know this was going to be the start of an incredible journey that has seen me shoot 450+ precious moments with couples, families and precious individuals all across Sydney and beyond.
